The definition of frustration
That's my son. If you want to know what frustration is, deal with him on a day-to-day basis. No type of punishment seems to phaze him. Before going to park I reminded him that he had plenty of school work to do. I spent hours last night planning his lessons for the next two weeks 9boy, do I wish it could take only 15 or so). I told him that I wanted it done by 2:30. He's on punishment today -- no playing with his friends, so I guess he figures he has plenty of time. Then I told him that if it's not done before he goes to bed, he gets to stay in again tomorrow. I got the patened "OK, Mom". Ah well. His life. He won't be able to sell his Pokemon cards if he can't get out of the house. That's what he's been doing all day so far. Sorting cards and putting together his own "booster packs" to sell to the neighborhood kids.
And now he's watching a Mary-Kate and Ashley movie "Our Lips are Sealed" rather than get his work done. I see this being a long week.
